Shipping Details

All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transport. Acurela.com ships with a variety of carriers to provide the best service and lowest cost for our customers.

Most shippings are made via TNT Express. Note that orders are shipped only Monday to Friday. Delivery estimates do not include weekends or holidays.

The majority of our unframed posters and art prints are rolled and shipped in a reinforced tube tested for strength and stability. Smaller items are shipped flat in sturdy rectangular packaging. All items are padded with paper packaging materials.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
